Okay, so with my netgear WNR1000v2 I get 80 download and 4 upload but with the dgl-4500 router i get 20 download and 4 upload. This router is just garbage! Anyone have a fix for this?

Attitude probably wont get you much help. We don't understand you if you don't help us with the details.
First of all you post a message about LAG in Black OPs. I tried to help you out however you never responded with results. My 4500 works great as per XBL sticky. We need details man.

What ISP service do you have? DSL or Cable?
What ISP modem do you have? Stand alone or does it have a built in router by chance?
How are you connecting to the 4500? Wired or Wireless?
Wired Cat 5e or Cat 6 is preferred.
What wireless modes are you running? Mixed? Single?
What FW version is currently loaded?
 

Setup Reserved (Static) IP addresses on the router for your devices.
Ensure DNS IP addresses are being filled in under Setup/Internet/Manual.
Ensure Advanced DNS Service is disabled if you have this option.
Ensure DNS Relay is enabled.
Set Firewall NAT to Endpoint Independent for both TCP and UDP.

You could also try the "Boost Button". Its on the right side of the router. It opens up all the ports and ships all the internets directly into your lap. 
Make it go fast...

Or you could post some information for us.

I am sorry for the attitude guys. It's just I have been really frustrated but I figured it out. I was only running 65 mbps an now having it run 150. Can anyone help me achieve 300 though? I followed the sticky about it but can't achieve it. I am running g/n but tried n only and it still only reaches 150 mbps. Someone please help? Sorry about the attitude again

Thank you for all the help. I was wondering how i could get 300 mbps instead of 150 mbps. I tried the sticky of it but still only get 150

I am not understanding what you are requesting, on top you said the router was giving you 20 vs 80 and now you want 300Mbps on wireless? and are only getting 150Mbs? If I am correct this router shares the 300Mbps with all devices connected to so not one device can get 300Mbps, as it is shared.

Are you testing with only one device turned on? Turn all others off.
Are you sure the device supports N mode at 5Ghz?
Ensure the devices drivers are up to date as well.

Nevermind i figured out my own question but i have one more. Why is it that one of my ip addresses are getting 121 mbps but my xbox isn't. My xbox is getting 65 mbps

What type of cables are you using? If on wireless what type of wireless mode are you on?

In the connection information your xbox should be connected as a 100Mbps device and how is the other device connected at 121Mbps? its either 10, 100, 1000 Mbps. What is your method of finding this number?

I went to status and then to wireless. It had my laptop running 121 mbps and my xbox 360 60 mbps. How can I get my xbox to run like my laptop?
