The login page can not be found because the router IP address is incorrect. The IP address may be changed, you need to find out from the Windows wifi icon STATUS for the correct IP address. If you forgot about the user name and the password, you may need to reset the router back to the factory default with the press and hold the reset button at the back of the router until all LED turned off. Then you can use the IP address 192.168.0.1 to login the setup page.
First off you need to verify you modem is bridged to the router. I would ask the isp about this. You can find out if the router is getting a private or public, prefered address by looking at the status/device info/ wan section. 192 is private and means ur modem isnt bridged. If u set factory reset on router, log in should be at 192.168.0.1 . This might conflct w the modem as some modems at at the same address to. You can change the routers address to 192.168.1.1.
There is an icon at the right hand side of the Windows taskbar. Click on the icon and select the router network, right click the mouse can see the STATUS tab to see the wireless network status, click Detail to see the router IP address.To reset the router, you need to press and hold the reset button more than 10 second until you see all the LED lights turned off.
