• General - Add ability to change the OLED display name from "DNS-345" to a user defined value
• General - Add iSCSI support
• General - Generate exception message if an unsupported or incorrect firmware file upload is attempted
• General - Increase performance (i.e. upload/download throughput) - Is this a firmware issue?
• General - MySQL Support
  
• Apps - Ability to enable Master Browser without installing fun_plug
• Apps - iPhoto Support
  
• Backup - Add backup status to the notifications and log (i.e. no easy method exists to access the success/failure of a backup job)
• Backup - Graceful method to cancel an in-progress backup job

I would like to see a rsync style --delete option in the local to local backup scheduler.  This way if your keeping backups and you delete a file on your main copy, you also have the option to delete it in the backup.
