Hi there,
I hope I am not reposting. I haven't found anything about this issue in the forum, eventhough there are a few comments about this issue in the google Play Store.
I have a DNS-320L and when I try to access it through the Mydlink Access Android App or from www.mydlink.com from my home network, in other words, the same network the DNS-320L is on, everything works fine. I see my device registered and I can browse through my files.
However, if I try to access from a internet connection, the app says:
"WARNING: Unable to obtain the firmware information for the selected device. Please check the network connection of your device and try again."
The www.mydlink.com site doesn't allow me to access either when using a internet connection.
So I'm pretty sure it has something to do with my router which must be blocking the incoming calls to the DNS NAS but I can't figure out what. I'm not an expert in routers but I manage and I think I have opened everything and still no access.
Any ideas? Should I open a specific port?
Thank you very much for any help!
