Did anyone find a resolution for this?  I have two cameras which work fine thru the dlink-lite app, but I can't view the live feed from any browser on multiple computers...   I've setup the java exceptions and tried the other suggestions listed above, including UPnP enabled/disabled.  Thanks

Double checking... you did turn on the "Port Forwarding" on each camera as well? Once I did that, I was able to view my remote camera on both browsers and the DLink app.

My modem is an Arcadyan VGV7519 Firmware Version:02.00.132v4 via fiberglas. Provider KPN.com.
Have installed  the sotware via cable twice. Everthing works fine exepted mydlink.
I have used several suggested options.

Adding my problem to the list so I can follow this thread with hope that some resolution occurs.

I have 3 cameras and cannot connect via mydlink on any computer with any browser. The dlinklite app works fine so I know I can access the cameras.  Made no changes including java update (after the previous problem with java 8).

mydilnk shows all the cameras, but trying to connect to any is says connecting and then either ends with retry or timeout.

RLIVINGGOOD.. Did you set your cameras so "port forwarding" is on?" That got mine to work

I'll try, but I can't get to the settings either when trying to load. They are currently wireless.  I'll see if I can connect by local IP, if not Ill pull them down and plug them in with a wire.  The phone app doesn't have that setting available.

Ok, Thanks for the port forwarding suggestion.  I was able to find the IP addresses on my router for each camera.  Connected locally via wireless to the IP address of the camera.  Enabled Upnp port-fowarding in network setup.   This worked.  All cameras now show on both all my computers and with different browsers as well as the phone app.

Thanks,
Rod

Hello.
I bought a DCS 5009L cloud camera.
Updated to Firmware version: 1.03

I cannot view live via browser. I tried:
- #jdk.tls.disabledAlgorithms=SSLv3   in java.security file and C:\Users\<current user name>\AppData\LocalLow\Sun\Java\Deployment\deployment.properties
- various browsers (IE 11, firefox, chrome), with java allowed, cleared caches and latest updates
- latest update java 8 version 45
- java 7 version 49
- LAN settings: DHCP Connection
- UPnP SETTINGS UPnP    Enabled, UPnP Port Forwarding    Enabled and Disabled (various combinations)

It used to work with java 8.45, cable connected to local network and UPnP SETTINGS UPnP    Enabled, UPnP Port Forwarding Disabled   but now it does not. I never succeeded in making it work remotely from a PC outside the local network.

Please help.

IT should work with the latest Java and uPnp and uPnP Port Forwarding enabled. Does with my DCS-933L using this configuration.

We recommend leaving uPnP and uPnP Port Forward both enabled if you using one or more cameras.

Hello. I finally reset the camera and re-installed it again. Now it works fine. I have uPnp enabled but uPnP Port Forwarding disabled (default settings).
In my free time i will test it again thoroughly.
Thank you.

I highly recommend enabling uPnP Port Forwarding.

My DCS-933L cameras have been working fine for months, then suddenly it's saying
"The certificate used to identify this application has been revoked"

Have the D-Link certificates been stolen or something?  What can I do to get my camera working again?
