I wasn't mucking at all, though I am curious what kind of experience your having with that set-up.
I actually took pictures yesterday, but the forum didn't want me to attach them so I gave up. See how hard that is to describe!
I also have a related but different setup to try if you still want to experiment. This one is listed with the axis and degree of rotation for each antenna.
Left: X axis 180 degrees (π radians), Y axis 0 degrees (0 radians), Z axis 90 degrees (π/2 radians)
Middle: X axis 90 degrees (π/2 radians), Y axis 0 degrees (0 radians), Z axis 0 degrees (0 radians)
Right: X axis 45 degrees (π/4 radians), Y axis 45 degrees (π/4 radians), Z axis 45 degrees (π/4 radians)
I am sure an RF engineer would find a better way of doing things, however for the time being that should maximize potential.
