new DGL features
« Reply #45 on: November 09, 2010, 11:40:33 AM »

When I click on a link, what is it that controls whether I get a new window or just move to a new location in the same window?
And if the system decides to open a new tab, how does it know to do so?

Just wondering.

Can anyone tell me how to easily do port forwarding TCP port 5200 and UDP ports 5198-5199 on a D-link 524. I am lost on how to do this.  >:(

I am about to make a cross country trip, i want to connect my ps3 to the internet as well as my laptop, while on the go, i hear that my DGL-4500 supports this Verizon connection, however, i seem to remember that it was part of my shareport data that had the option for the 3g connection... this had better be compatible with all devices connected to the router, you see, i am an avid gamer, i don't think i would survive without the games for however long.  thus rendering, can the router set up the 3g without the shareport utility.  this would seem much easier than only allowing one computer onto the internet.  if i am quite wrong and misunderstand the bit of information that i gathered, then please walk me through this.

that makes absolutely no sense at all for it to be available except for on the apple website.

I believe the 4500 is the last of the DGL line from what I've been told.  :-[
