.199 is set up for the PS. If the PL shows any IP address with in the range of 192.168.0.100-.150, you need to reserve the PLs IP address and change it to .160.

So since i got the powerline adapter set up download speed doubled. wifi speed test on my ps4 download was 3-6 mb download now its 7 -15 ! And no prob getting in multiplayer anymore and haven't lagged in ghosts since . My landlord is going to be upgrading Internet soon to better package but more people will be on Internet then, will that make me lag or slow me down or get better since itll be better like high download and bandwith? Keeping the router so QoS setting n that will stay. Also what Ethernet cables are best? I need to replace them for longer ones. I think there category 5 and 5e? Is those kind good or is there better ones besides gigabit cable ?

Also im going to be getting a xbox one soon as well as my ps4. Can someone help me setup QoS for that as well? And as for the powerline adapter can i just have a Ethernet cable hooked to each console and just switch to adapter depending which i play? Instead of going behind console each time just have Ethernet cable hooked in back of each and switch cable going to adapter . because theres only one inputs on the adapter

People are acesding the interne WiFi somehow . We have it set for mac filter so only added Mac address can get on but somehow there getting on without being added and they shouldn't be because they don't pay . So do you guys know how they could be. Maybe because thered two bands one not setup right? Passeord was never needed before you have to be saved mac id .something changed thats allowing ppl to get on. And its my landlords internet people pay to use it and she doesn't want a passeord really because prople could give it out and people moving and that. So what could cause this I know there getting on and i know mac filtering is on

Does the admin page have PW that is not shared?

If the WiFi security is open then it's possible that users are connecting.

Check the Status/Wireless page for connected WiFi devices against the MAC Filter rules. Are there other connected devices in the status page thats not in the rules?

Yea there are people on that are not saved mac address . We have mac filter on so idk how there getting on. Theres a password to loggin router but no password to access wifi . Never was , just mac filter and it always worked till recently musthave changed when we got the new router , but mac filter is still set to on, so i have no idea how there getting on without having there mac address added. What could cause this? Maybe because its dual band router ? Our old router wasnt it was just the 615

How many connections or devices are connected?
How many MAC filter rules are being used?

There are 13 mac address showing in network filter , and there should only be around  7 -9 . A few  macs in network filter are prob left there from previous users who aren't on now . So if turn network filter on and allow devices listed access is ON. How are these people getting on. How my landlord does it is she charges $15 month for Internet , if you pay she adds the mac address of your device to network filter . Now few people are getting on with there cell phones or tablet and it lets them on. before it would say unable to join if your mac address wasnt added.
