Djid10t I would just use manual with Furry's speeds of 6.00 and 2.00.
ABE-"Checking this box will enable testing that (Will Consume) bandwidth beyond normal usage"
With your lower speeds ABE might just slow things down.
My speed package is 30/5 when using ABE and letting it test I get 31.99 and 5.37 on SB.
However when running a speed test I get about 27.95 and 4.85. (give or take a bit)
This is even the case using manual.
I have never let it bother me seeing as I'm only missing a bit of speed.
This has been the case sense I got the router when it was first released.
I've tried using a higher manual speed such as 35.00 and 6.00 and speed tests showed my actual speed. (Witch does work but takes tinkering)
For months now I've used 31.00 and 5.50.
When I speed test I still get 27.95 and 4.85 (again give or take) Still doesn't bother me!
After doing lots of research before and after getting the router StreamBoost (at least for gaming) is supposed to keep Ping times low on Gaming.
That it does and has done sense day 1!
A good example of this is if you own Cod Black Ops or Cod Black Ops 2.
If you go into the settings menu of the game and press the back button (on 360) it will show you connection info about the game.
If your package is 10 down or above and SB is off then Cod should say you have 10000kbps.
When SB is on then number lowers to about 3000kbps or so.
This gives us the optimal usage for Xbox Live.
Witch doesn't require that much speed. (at least for gaming)
And needs lower Ping more than Speed.-
http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-360/networking/slow-performance-solutionI personally just don't trust ABE just use manual. (Extra BW usage I don't like)
If it doesn't bother you that a bit of speed is missing don't then don't worry about it.
(Note I did try ABE again after Furry said he got it working It did the same and reset everything again)
If speed loss does bother you try to find that speed sweet spot using manual to get speed tests to show your correct speeds.
StreamBoost and the router have been up for days using the steps I posted and other than dupes NO ISSUES.
My Xbox One, Wii U, Xbox 360, PC, and 2 phones are up and feeling more responsive with SB on.
In closing if you pay attention to PING when playing a game online SB is very stable and does what it is built to do.
I would just tinker with the speeds until you feel good about them.
Also StreamBoost doesn't work exactly like old QOS.
It's more about Ping and Speed usage at the time a device is on.
So if you use Netflix or whatever on and Xbox One and It's in slot 1 and your wife or whoever is watching Netflix on the Wii U in slot 2.
Your slot 1 will have priority over slot 2.
So the Wii U may be degraded to keep up with you Xbox One.
This goes for every device doing the same thing at the same time.
So put the priorities in order with that in mind.
SB works on the fly looks at what your doing and gives speed and ping based on what the network is doing.
All while trying not to exceed the total bandwidth coming into your home.
Hope all that helps
